Words of Gratitude (Optional)

While the wake is the primary place for remembering and celebrating the person's life in this world, at the Funeral Mass itself a brief "Word of Gratitude" may be given by one family member or friend.

The written script, no longer than 5 minutes total, must be submitted to the parish office at least 24 hours before the Mass.

Music

*Any sacred music requests not listed in our selection packet MUST be approved by the Music Director before completing the form.

Secular songs are NOT allowed during the Funeral Mass, but can be played at the wake, burial, or reception instead.
