In Honor of Connecticut's March For Life tomorrow, SJB Parish will be having An Adoration & Rosary for Life this evening in St. Mary Church.

There will be a Holy Half-Hour at 6:00pm followed by a Rosary at 6:30pm.  All are welcome!

Tomorrow is Ash Wednesday. This year Mass will be held at 7:30am at St. Mary, 12:00pm at St Mary and 6:00pm at St. Therese. 

Join us for an evening of celebration. The First Annual Saint John Bosco Gala will be held on March 23, 2025 at the Woodwinds in Branford, CT. We will be celebrating Joanne Fresco's 20+ year career serving our community. The evening will start with a Cocktail hour at 5:30pm followed by dinner and presenting Joanne with the Rev. Daniel Keefe Award. Tickets are $75 per person and can be purchased after All Masses or in the Parish office. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the office at (203)488-1607. 

Want to learn about different Vocations within the Church?  Come check out the Vocations Panel this Sunday, February 23rd at 6:00pm at St. Mary Church.  We will be having a Priest, Sister, Deacon, Consecrated Single, and Married Couple who will be sharing more about their vocations and answering questions.

All ages are welcome, from those discerning a vocation to those who are already in their vocation, but curious to learn of others!

This event is being hosted by the Office of Seminarians and Vocations in the Archdiocese of Hartford, along with the Shoreline Committee for Vocations, comprised of members representing the parishes of St Margaret, St George, St John Bosco, and St Pio of Pietrelcina, and The East Shoreline Catholic Academy

Our Bosco Benefit dinner is still on for tonight, since snow is forecasted to start after 8pm. We will have food hot and ready to serve right after the vigil Mass at 5:30pm so that everyone can get home before snow starts. Guests can also take dessert to go if they need to leave early!
